Lazing Around with Daddy

I have always love to walk around the house. Besides this, I also love to laze on my favourite place which is the platform wooden floor at the water feature. I will not want to sit alone and will sure to ask daddy or mummy to accompany me by tapping my hand on the wooden platform signaling them to come sit or lie with me. See how happy & comfortable we were, when lying on the wooden floor. Even though it's a bit sunny here at times, but I still enjoy lying here for few mins of sun-tanning.

Sembawang Shopping Centre

Mummy was thinking to get me some cute cutters from Daiso, so we proceed to SSC to do some shopping and at the same time, help our neighbours get some cutters too and also to have our late lunch at Aston.

Fyi, there's a big outdoor playground located just outside the restaurant which I find it a great place for family with kids cos the kids can get to play & dine there. The playground is separated into 2 areas, one is wet & the other is dry. For the wet area, you can see lots of water sprinkle around & for dry area, is just like normal playground but area is so much bigger.

After dining & getting the cutters, we happened to pass by the hair accessories shop. So mummy decided to go in & have a look to see if she can get anything nice for me. Finally, she caught a glimsp of this colourful crystal hairband & decided to get one for me. But there are 2 different colours, one is full of colourful crystals whereas the other one is single colour with clear crystals on it. After letting me tried out both the hairbands in front of the mirror, I quickly point & take the colourful one. Daddy & mummy also agreed that the colourful one look nicer on me cos the other one is too plain.

And after I got the hairband, I quickly opened the plastic bag and take it out, signaling to mummy that I want to wear it immediately. Fyi, I'm not willing to take out the hairband even though I have already reached home. I keep walking around the house, admiring myself in front of the mirror or anything that I can get to see myself. I even give daddy & mummy a very proud pleased look when they looked me. Isn't me vain!

Kids Gathering

Aunty Joyce organised a kids gathering at my place so as to let us mingle around & play with one another. But too bad, Aunty Jacinda could not join us last minute if not we will have more playmates. Fyi, I have so much fun on that day. I even kiss Aunty Joyce repeatedly on her cheeks when prompted. I enjoy playing with kakak (Aunty Joyce's maid) till you can hear me laughing so much and I also enjoy playing with Yu-Fei gor gor & Yu-Qi too. But Yu-Qi is abit shy, so she dare not play with me much cos could be me & Yu-Qi seldom get to see & play with each other. But who knows maybe next time she will be more daring to play with me. Overall I still enjoy their companion and looking forward to play with them again. Thanks Aunty Joyce for organising!

I'm Not Afraid At All!

Nowadays, it's quite rare for us to see this type of fly after a heavy downpour as compared to the past. And this is in fact our first time seeing it after staying in our house for years.

I started to get excited & curious when I saw the fly. I even go after the fly and at the same time, trying to beat the fly with the balloon. Daddy & mummy are so amazed when they saw me doing this cos they thought I would be afraid and backed off when it flies around me.

But I did not show any single bit of fear at all. I even looked around for it and also asked daddy where has the fly gone to! Maybe at this age of mine, I'm still too young to know what's the feeling of fear!

Learning Hokkien Song - 我问天

This is one of my favourite hokkien drama song. Whenever I hear this song, I will stand there and learn how to sing this song without moving an inch. But once this song finish, I will then immediately walked away. Wondering is it because of daddy's genes? Or because I'm a '小' Hokkien! Hahaaa....

MMR Vaccine

Last Thursday, I finally went for my MMR vaccine cos I was sick the previous month. Daddy & mummy make sure that I am totally well & fit before they bring me for this vaccine so that I will be strong enough to fight the virus. So far I am standing at 80cm tall which is 50 percentile & weighing 8.2kg at 3 percentile. Dr Low says that I'm weighing 2kg lesser as my ideal weight should be 10.2kg if were to base on my height. Although I'm tall and thin, but its ok cos what matter most is that I'm healthy and that is the most important thing. Dr Low also praised me for being a brave girl cos I did not cry or make a single sound at all when having my vaccine.

This is what mummy has taped down when she saw me singing and dancing by myself. But mummy could not figure out what I'm saying at all. She can only hear me saying fish at the last part of the video.

爱美婆

Although I'm young, but I can be very vain and I love to dress myself up. See what I do here with the sunglasses and seashell necklace! I know how to wear the necklace & sunglasses by myself without anyone teaching me. Not only that, I will also at times take my clothes out from the wardrobe and see myself in the mirror with my clothes in front of me. And of cos, not forgetting to put on my hair accessories too. So this is the reason why mummy keep calling me '爱美婆'!

Mummy has sang this song to me few times and I seem to like it. I will start to dance and sing once mummy sing this song. And fyi, I have also learn to sing a few words like 抱! 抱!

Turtle Soup Again After So Long

After eating the turtle soup last year, my grandparents & parents are looking forward to eat it again cos the taste is really good. Since 婆婆's passport is ready for collection and the turtle soup location is not far from ICA, so she suggest why not we go there and have lunch after collecting her passport since all are longing for it. And of cos, its such a good idea & definitely no one will say 'NO'! Mummy suddenly remember to take a picture of the turtle soup after she has eaten half of it so as to post it here and share with you. Although picture does not show much of the meat left after eating, but still better than nothing cos mummy had totally forgotten to take a picture of it the previous time. And here I am playing happily with the bowl while waiting for them to finish their food cos I'm still too young to taste the soup and its also too heaty for me cos this soup has got alot of herbs inside.

'Exploring' Mummy's Bag

At this current growing stage, I'm getting more & more curious each day and my urge of 'exploring' things is very high. I will search high & low for new things in the house so as to meddle or play with it cos I will get tired of playing the same things over & over again. Although mummy & daddy did get quite a number of new toys for me, but I will not want to play with it after awhile. And at the meantime, I still find that mummy's bag is still my best 'play toy' at the moment cos I will tend to dig out whatever is in her bag by playing & looking at the items one by one. I will also clip my hair when I found mummy's hairclip inside her bag. Not only that, I even carry her bag and walk around the house.
